bloodied, broken, and left to die

land-bound he thought hed never again know the pleasures of racing thru the skies, lightness... speed, the rush of wind as he beat those mighty wings

land-bound hes learned the art of the hunt, to sneak and stalk, to hide in plain sight of the prey, speed as he rushes in for the kill, muscles stretching as he runs... flying over land

he hunts the ones that took his wings, and when he finds them, their blood will be delicious

they took his wings...

they shouldve killed him

Hmmm...fascinating and very emotional description to go with a very interesting image. I like the combination of a catlike body with a combination of a saurian head with a large lower jaw.
I'd like to see this fleshed out and darkened some more.
